Instead, they tell men to keep their profile descriptions brief and somewhat vague. This helps build mystery around them and makes women actually have to put a little work in.

Additionally, they tell guys to watch out for cheesy screen names. A lot of guys try to make their screen name's sound "badass", but women can tell their hiding behind a mask.

Make your profile name you real name if nothing else. If your names is Jack Smith, make your handle something like "JSmith1990" or something like that. Nothing macho or sexual. That turns most women off.
